Present perfect simple and Present perfect continuos

Definicion
The present perfect simple forms with the present simple of the verb to have +
the participle passed from the principal verb.

Use
-Actions that happened in the past without specifying the moment in which they happened.
exemple: I met Juan in teh office.

- With the adverb Just expres actions that have just happened.
exemple: T have jaust bought bread in the bakery.

- With the prepositions for and since.
exemple:She lives in the caribe since 2001.

Definition
The present continuos forms with the present perfect of the verb to be + the form
-ing of the principal verb.

Use
- To speak about an activity that it began in the past and that continues in the present.
exemple: we've been studying since 9 o'clock.

- To speak about an action that it began in the past and that can have finished recently.
exemple: You've been sleeping all morning.

- Speak of actons passed that have just concuded, and wich result is evident.
exemple: Hve you been swatting flies?
